just would like to share with all of u, the best cream cheese that ZIE CAKES has discovered to use is "Philadelphia Cream Cheese"...ZIE CAKES has been using it for more than 10 years n it really produce high quality of cheese cakes n also other products that have cheese as the ingredient.. well, even though its quite expensive, but the quality n outcomes are much different!
